• Moderated chat rooms can be configured to not display login messages and other status messages. This blocks people from flooding the room or bypassing moderation by delivering messages through login names.
  • Update some outdated links.
  • Some images were not displaying properly. The "Powered by ARSC" icon and many of the smiley icons were wrongly formatted. I suspect they were edited and saved in the wrong format. Whatever caused the problem, I replaced most of them with public domain smilies which are a little more subtle than the yellow ones. We lost some specialized ones, but they were replaced with more general icons.
  • The smilies were not displaying properly in the Help popup.
  • Language-related changes:
    • The changes in bug report "Poor internationalization support in chatrooms - ID: 1870119" were added, to better support more character sets.
    • The list of languages is sorted based on the name of the language, not the name of the file which contains the language information.
    • Support Google Chrome, which is labeling American English as "en-US" rather than "en-us".

I see there are still a couple additional suggested fixes which I'll add before release.

The experimental sound notifications are not in this release. They need to be made configurable and more thoroughly implemented before they will be added to a release.
